Shipping and Returns
If you decide you do not want the item you purchased. A refund will be issued minus a 20% restock fee. Original shipping, return shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable. If you received “free shipping” on an item, the restocking fee is 30%. No returns will be accepted on merchandise after 30 days from the date order was placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your item was shipped with a flaw or damaged during delivery, we will replace the item (while supplies last) or substitute it for a piece of your choosing of equal or lesser value. Look ... I know this policy is a bit nuts. But, honestly, it is fair to you and me. In a world of people who wanna use something once and send it back for a refund ... that runs small businesses in the ground. We can't afford that kind of misuse and abuse. I am a 1 person business, so I promise to make right what is fair to both of us.
Also note that on the shipping labels and other labeled paperwork, there may be a generic phone number. Why, you ask? Simple .. I run a YouTube Channel about repairing, modifying, and wheeling Jeeps and other vehicles. I already get tons of emails asking how to fix someone's ride. I've had people want to come to my house .. text me ... call me .. well I hope you get the point. For my privacy, security, safety, and sanity, I will not be making public any type of phone numbers or personal address. If you need to contact me about product issues, feel free to send a message to pamediashop@gmail.com . Don't waste your time trying to use this email to get help fixing your ride ... that is what the YouTube Channel is for.
